Our mission
Field service businesses (cleaning crews, electricians, plumbers, glass installers, and the trades like them) run on trust: trust that a job got assigned, trust that it got done, and trust that it was done to standard. That trust is hard to maintain with a whiteboard, a group chat, and a phone call after something goes wrong.
ZentiNext exists to close that gap. We build tools that make it simple to assign the right worker to the right job, follow that job as it happens, and capture clear proof, checklists and photos, that it was completed properly.
What we care about
We build for the office staff juggling a full day of dispatch, the workers on site who need a fast and simple way to log their work, and the business owners who need a clear answer when a customer asks whether a job was finished. Every part of the product is judged against whether it makes that chain of assign, track, and verify simpler and more reliable.
Where we're headed
